Dr. Rahul More is a senior executive, innovation strategist, and enterprise transformation leader with more than two decades of experience converting bold ideas into measurable enterprise and societal value across higher education, manufacturing, and BFSI.
Currently serving as Vice President & Head of Innovation at Shriram Life Insurance (Shriram Finance Group), he built a ₹65+ crore customer-centric growth engine and financial inclusion models for India's underserved segments.
Earlier, as Dean of Faculty and Director of Innovation & Strategy at MIT-ADT University, Pune, he built an innovation ecosystem spanning eight institutions and founded the CRIEYA incubation hub, turning 270+ student ideas into 78 funded ventures.
As a Practice Consultant at the Tata Management Training Centre (TMTC), Tata Group, he helped embed innovation architecture across 8 core sectors including Automotive, Energy & Power, Consumer Goods, and Steel & Materials.
A Chevening Fellow at Oxford University (UK) and an IIT Bombay alumnus with both an M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Innovation & Strategy, Dr. More focuses on AI-led transformation, grassroots enterprise creation, and bridging academia with industry.
