About Dr. Surekha S. Lakkas
Dr. Surekha S. Lakkas serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Hindi at MGM University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. She obtained her M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. degrees from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Currently, four research scholars are pursuing their Ph.D. under her guidance.
In 2017, Dr. Surekha S. Lakkas was honored with the "Most Popular Education Award" by the Tata ClassEdge Group. Additionally, she received a certificate of appreciation from the then Minister of Human Resource Development, Hon. Smriti Irani.
She has actively participated in numerous national and international seminars, conferences, and academic programs. More than 20 of her research papers have been published in reputed journals. She has made significant contributions to the fields of Hindi language, literature, teaching, and research.
